You can't really make the assumption that Holdem hi/lo can be used when
the other two cards in an Omaha hi/lo hand is random.
Hence the results at the link you posted are misleading.
It's also misleading to present the results in scoops only and not take
into consideration the frequency of split pots.
Using poker calculator I get the following results doing 1,000,000
simulations:
flop: Kh4h7c
player1: Ah2hxx 51.52%
player2::KcKdxx 48.48%
The values in an allin situation are basically the same for the two
hands. The other two cards can drastically change this though.
flop: Kh4h7c
player1: Ah2h9hQh 28.78%
player2::KcKdAc2s 71.22%
flop: Kh4h7c
player1: Ah2hAc3c 81.34%
player2::KcKdKs2d 18.66%
