Thirty minutes into the tournament we reached level 3!
I tried to reach admin for over 20 minutes and got no answer. I
emailed support. As of this writing (over 5 hours later) no response
from support. I finally wrote "/a stop ignoring me!"
And they finally responded. I told them of the discrepancy and they
responded, "The blinds were to increase between 15 and 20 minutes and
that falls into those parameters." I replied that the web site said
20 minutes. That was the last I heard from them.
If you have ever played a Pai Gow tourney on Jet Set you know that if
you get behind early it is very difficult to recover. It's really a
crapshoot anyway because of the luck involved. So if you find yourself
behind, you need more time to recover.
Maybe it's sour grapes because I did get behind and could not climb
back, but the response from Jet Set is totally lacking.
By the way, if you ever find yourself on a final table at Jet Set,
don't even think about a chop. Here is another area that their
tournament structure and staff is sorely behind other sites.
