Newbie Pre Flop Question

I've been practicing on TTH now for a bout a week just working on Pre
Flop. My question regards a particular starting hand.

I was dealt Kh/Td. I was in mid position and had one caller to me. I
wasn't quite sure what to do so I called. The analyzer said I made the
right play.

When I looked up this situation in Jones' Low Limit Book, this was not a
starting hand in this situation.

Just wondering what most people think the right play is.

if he's limping with weak hands, raise.
