I think governments will ultimitely fail to get a firm handle on

Has anyone heard of a site "leaving in the middle of the night." Can you
imagine how much $$ Partypoker has stuffed in its accounts. Of course I
don't worry too much about the bigger sites but I can see smaller sites,
sprtsbooks, casino sims not being so stable. It would be difficult for
Joe Average to get his money back in such a case.

That's a pretty shortsighted score when there's so much more money to
be made offering an honest game.
