View Full Version : ub an unfortunate thing

I have not played on ub for a long time. The account was closed a
long time ago. It had my neteller email on it. When I opened
a new account after 2 years, I had to enter a different email address.
When I tried to withdrawl they refused because neteller emails and
ub email accounts didn't match. No problem, I gave them all the
proper info., and they refuse saying I have two accounts. I do not
have two accounts because I don't even remember the one I had
two years ago. They do not care. There are many folks here that
play on there on a regular basis and I know they wouldn't just
flat out steal from me, it's only $80. It's pretty obvious that it's not
any kind of cheating of any sort, I haven't played there in forever.
I just want them to match my neteller address to my new UB address
and they are giving me grief.
Is it really worth it to them? Is it that bad to give me hell?
anyone help????????????

Try changing your email address with neteller. I had to do that to deposit into
a UB skin. You can change it back at anytime.

I don't believe that UB closes accounts. In my experience, the account may
be dormant, inactive or just asleep, but I don't believe they close
accounts.

I would send an email to memberservices@ultimatebet.com, explaining that you
had an account about 2 years ago and that you cannot remember the login name
or password. Now you want to start playing again so you either need to find
out how to "activate" your old account or create a new one. See what they
have to say.
