Beware RoyalVegas Poker!

After more than 6 months of deposits & losses, I'm trying to withdraw a
whopping $47.00 from Royal Vegas Poker and they're being bastards about
it. I only want the money to go back to the original Neteller account
registered with the site and they've made me fax my photocopies of my
drivers license, credit card, and a utility bill. Then they claim they
can't see the documents and want me to scan and email (which I can't
do) or re-fax. I re-fax to the number they provide (with a cover sheet)
and they claim not to receive the fax. $47.00. I've already taken
$100.00 out of Bet365 with no problems and quit Royal but the way
they're holding on to that $47.00 you'd think it would break the bank.
Any suggestions?

Dude, just re-fax it. It is a pain the first time, but they are pretty
good about it after the first one. I don't play there anymore, but they
did cash me out.
