From his blog:
"Everything Omarosa does is calculated. She even refers to herself as a
Reality TV expert. They did that Dirty Laundry bit with Sally Jessy
Raphael and she ended up looking so foolish. They showed clips of her
"acting" and dissing the producers. She is totally disturbed and thinks
she is some kind of diva. Wow, when that bubble bursts... she is going
to be the one needing some serious help. Total nutcase that reminds me
soooo much of a poker player with similar characteristics. No, I won't
tell you who I mean :-)"
Anybody think he's talking about Hellmuth?

this is a thread on FCP too, its a toss up between Hellmuth and Annie Duke. I
personally think he is talking about Annie. He has said some things in the past
and ever since she won her bracelet and TOC even shes gotten a little snotty (
also hear she is dating Shannon Elizabeths ex husband too- some director or
producer)
i met her sept 04 in vegas at Howard Lederer Fantasy Camp and she was dealing
cards in a game they had there and was tellin people when and where she would
sign autographs, she was a snot about it.
p.s. Did she get new boobs?? i dont remember them being taht big when i saw
her. Looks like she lost some wait in the stomach and got it displaced up north

While I'm on the Daniel blog thing I wanted to share one more part.
What is your opinion of him dumping to the guy he is rooting for?
"I started out playing every pot against Alan Goering. He made it 100
and I'd go all in for 10,000 with A-J! LOL, it was all silly but kinda
fun. I had my chips up to about 14,000 at one point.
This is the hand that got me: Alan Goering raised to 100 on the button
and I re-raised from the small blind with K-4 off suit. Why? Cause it's
Alan and I felt like it that's why!
Alan went all in for 8400 more and I thought, "Why not, It's only Alan."
I figured Alan could have A-Q or even a hand like 9-10 suited. He had
7-7 and that left me with 2700.
The very next hand Alan raised again and I went all in without looking
at my cards. Alan had 9-2 and folded, but the big blind had QQ and
busted my 6-3 off suit.
I really had to go. I had some personal matters that were just more
important to me than this tournament. My life doesn't revolve around
these events, and while I shouldn't have played in the first place I'm
fine with my choice to dump off.
Actually, I got a text message during the K-4 hand before I called. It
let me know that I HAD to be somewhere. That made my decision easy, and
frankly I was rooting for Alan- he's a nice guy!"

In the last issue of Bluff, Esfandiari seems like a giddy schoolgirl writing
in her diary about a marijuana smoking experience in Amsterdam. He tries so
hard to be the Paris Hilton of poker.

Sounds to me like Danny might be looking into the mirror.
When his little bubble pops and he is no longer the "Poker rock star" he thinks
he is I expect him to be on the couch or eat a 45!
Danny had a very good run but from here on out is it all down hill as far as
poker is concerned for the young lad. Those of us that have been around have
seen it time and time again.
Will say at least Danny is trying to grab as much money as possible from the
outside so he should be fine long term. I know this sounds a little cold but it
is just the truth and in fact I liked Danny back when I was on the road.

Actually, this whole post made me sick to my stomach, especially
considering it was immediately after Katrina. If he wasn't going to play
seriously he could have spent the $10 grand entry fee a lot more
effectively than just donking it off. Made me lose a lot of respect for
him.

Some of the "buzz" in the press work room during the WSOP regarding A.D. had to
do with the alleged plastic surgeon on her payroll.
One reporter (whom I will not identify) told me one morning, "A.D. looks great
today... Her face is smooth."
I understood the "code" immediately.
"Brand name" tournament poker players in 2005 are no different from boxers, pro
wrestlers, and other "sports entertainment" personalities. They have entourages
of assorted hire guns on their payrolls, including plastic surgeons.
With "FOX Poker Channel" dead for now and ratings for many TV poker products
down about 10% year-to-year, some of the silliness will eventually subside.

Sorry, but I can't bring myself to give a rat's ass about the writings of
a man who's referencing Omarosa and Sally Jessy Raphael. You girls wanna'
talk about General Hospital now?
- "So she says, "You wanna' be evil?" And I say, "Yeah, baby. Yeah!
'Cuz I'm the Midnight Bomber...what bombs at midnight!!!"

Totally agree, he is either totally deluded or lacks the sense to play his part
with a bit more class.
He may find in years to come that his written words remain an indelible
embarrassment that will be hard to bare
