Not always. If there is just the big blind and you small then he might run
away.
On a money table you porbably would in any other situation.
In a tournament you normally wouldn't reraise with it if there are alot of
callers because chance are you will loose (tourmanet chips != money)

Not until the dealer had told me where the hell my other two cards were.
That's a serious answer BTW. It's a 4 card game, if you think the other 2
cards don't count, go back to Hold'Em.

It depends.
Factors making you more likely to do so:
- Other hands you make that raise with, so opponents can't automatically
put you on aces when you make the raise.
- Late position, especially with limpers in between.
- Good sidecards, particularly broadway cards and cards suited to each ace.
- Tight players behind you, who will not raise for you and will meekly fold
to your raise, granting you position post-flop on, ideally, a lone caller.
- Small stack relative to the blinds (the closer your raise puts you to
all-in, the more likely your best move is the raise here.)
Factors making you less likely to do so:
- One or more aggressive players behind you who are liable to raise with a
hand dominated by your aces if you disguise them.
- Deep stacks, which make it more attractive to try to flop set-over-set and
make a big score than to risk your stack for a probable gain of just the
current pot.
Good luck. Play of or against AA is a substantial part of the play in PLO
(somebody at a 9-handed table will be dealt AA about once every four hands,
more than twice a round.)

LOL - I'll 2nd that, but the competition here is tough ! It's almost
like some posters here are intentionally giving anti-advice just in
case they ever play against the person asking the question.
Personally the only time I definitely pot it with AA-anything is when
there are a whole bunch of callers, it is almost an all-in move and I
am pretty sure I will take it down uncontested or face only 1 opponent.
