You said earlier that at the frozen tables they couldn't play, so they were
just exchanging blinds. How, then, could anyone be knocked out?

I believe when the blinds went up high enough to cause an all-in for a
player, they actually played out the hand and the best cards won. I'm
not sure about this one, but it's the only way I can see people
getting knocked out. I had to sign up as a new account to get into the
cardroom and view the other tables. So, I saw this going on.

I didn't mean to whine about this situation, I was simply looking for
some answers and my frustration probably made me sound like I was
whining. UB refunded my $11 entry fee. I understand that it's the best
they can do, and it's what I expected. It was just frustrating that I
went from outlasting over 300 players, moved my way up to the top 5
spots with a huge lead over the remaining field, only to be shut out
of the game and refunded my money. Oops, sounds like I'm whining again
:-)

Aside from this situation, I have had a very pleasant experience with
UB so far. I even avoided the fabled 'cashout curse' when I cashed out
my original investment plus another $100 this weekend. I worked my
remaining $50 back up again, so I guess I dodged that one :-)

Okay, I guess I really can't complain now. They ended up playing the
game out (with no one actually at the tables) and I finished 2nd for
about $450. It's not very fair to some, but UB told me that is their
policy.

Hey, maybe I should play ALL my games on autopilot...
