Poker playing system using real cards and electronic chips
Abstract
A system for allowing the playing of poker at each of several poker tables,
said system comprising: a central processing unit; a main console; a dealer
console and a plurality of player consoles at each poker table; a plurality of
interconnecting means for connecting said central processing unit to each
player console at each poker table, to each dealer console at each poker table,
and to said main console; each player console at each poker table further
comprising means controlled by said central processing unit for enabling only
one player console at a time at each poker table to send wagering information
to said central processing unit while said one player console is enabled, all
other player consoles at the same poker table being simultaneously dis-enabled
by said central processing unit while said one player console is enabled.
