I wonder if the maker of a program will refund your money if you don't
"agree" to the licensing agreement that you read before you install a
program? It is probably implied that you know what a licensing agreement
will say and that by paying for a program you have already agreed to it,
before reading it. Or that by just thinking that you might want to buy the
program that you have agreed to something that you haven't read yet.
I like to sit down at my computer with a nice tea and a crumpet and read
a good licensing agreement myself.
