Irrespective of what that cross bred barking oinker had to say, I believe it
was appropriate for you to post the response of the card room management to
this "problem".

If a player is going to post the 'problems' that may be associated with a
given b&m room or on-line site, then I think they also have a
responsibility to post the responses from the applicable room/site
management.
