that's too bad. sounds less like a problem with a company, than a problem
with intelligent people. the problem being there weren't any involved
except Chad.

to respond to the email, i have had the same frustration trying to sign in
to a single table tourney on PP, however, the only time i had to deal with
their support, my problem was addressed and I was satisfied with the
outcome.

finally, i applaud you Chad for taking the time to express your frustration
in hopes that the system is improved. not many of us take the time to do
so.

They cant help it they are all foreigners.. must be cheaper for party to
hire people from India than people who's first language is English. I did
have good luck with a service rep named Christy though.
