I don't like it this idea at all.
If you absolutely are going to make a rebuy, fold everything until you
get to the blinds EXCEPT AA/KK, and then make your rebuy.
With AA/KK, It's not the chance of winning $150 you are passing up as
much as it is the chance of busting someone else out should they hold
something big, which is the best rebuy of them all: One that someone
else pays for.
If you win a more "normal" amount, say $100-150, you can use those chips
to play a looser version of limp-pray and give yourself the chance of
flop nuts and then check-raise all-in before the cost of
limp-fold-blinds make you once again eligible for the rebuy.
To pass up these opportunities in order to adopt a strategy you could
carry out with hands such as 92s and J5o seems awful.
