5 handed, 0.10/0.25 Pot Limit Holdem. I have $22, second high stack at
table.
I get Kh, 8s.
UTG calls $0.25, I raise to $1.10. (Now I know the play may be
questionable, but the table was doing nothing but betting and raising the
minimum all night, no matter what the pot size, and I wanted to see if I
could push them around.)
3 behind me fold, and UTG calls $0.85.
Flop 4h, Kc, 3d. UTG bets $0.50. I raise pot, UTG calls.
Turn 7h. UTG checks, I bet pot, he calls all in.
River 5d.
UTG flips 3c, Qd, for a pair of 3's. So close.
Question, at what blind level does skill start to go up noticably in PL
and NL? In limit I might say at the 15/30 level. Is it likely to be much
different at the $0.25/$0.50 game? I have played this and higher before,
but not very much.
