The 10-20 game at the Bike collects per each hand as follows:

No flop= 50 cents
8 or 9 players dealt in = 3 dollars
6 or 7 players dealt in = 2 dollars
5 players dealt in = 1 dollar
4 players or less dealt in = 50 cents

Casinos in California aren't allowed to take a rake based on pot size. The
Players Reward Program is paid by the Bicycle Casino. Nothing extra is taken
out of the collections for this promotion. The Bicycle uses this program to
reward their regular players. They pay $25 for the first 25 hours of play and
$5 per hour for all hours over 25 after that. The hours are eligible for
payment at the end of each month. New hours are counted at the beginning of a
new month. In addition, the Bicycle deducts 1 point for each meal ordered in
the Plaza. The money earned on this program is considered a rebate and is not
taxable.

As you can see, this is a very generous program not equalled in any other Los
Angeles area casino. Hope this answers your questions satisfactorily.

Yes it does, Thank you.

It's been 15 years since I've played in LA/Bicycle Club. I wasn't aware of
the regulation forbidding the percentage rake. Do they still charge time
on the Draw games?

Considering the quality of the facility (I assume there's security in the parking lot?)
and the metropolitan marketplace, $3 drop on a 10/20 is certainly reasonable.
Can you imagine how high it might be with no competitor cardrooms?

How about per hand drops on:

15/30
20/40
30/60
100/200
