why is ub cashout so slow now? it use to be 2 days or less. also there
response to email is much slower. they need to hire more customer reps.
paradise has the best customer service, but their game selection leaves
much to be desire.

I believe they are investing the cash in pork belly futures and no longer
keep an adquate amount of cash on hand.
They are also a major stockholder in Russ' upcoming website. In any event, I
understand that someone of dutch decent who obtained his degree before he
was old enough to drink, is in control of things so there is nothing to be
concerned about.
Michael Milken to attest to these facts, but will deny it if asked.

I agree. I was surprised when I tried to cashed out to Neteller and it took
about 5 days. The other sites are almost instant. A negative for sure.

Well, you did get some of it. Actually I was up pretty good and then burned
some back. I was just trying to get my buy bonus of $300 and that took forever.
I cashed out about $1,000 winner. Back to Party but I'm sure you knew that !!

UB is slow. I recently cashed out a few hundred but still had money on
deposit so I really wasn't in a hurry but there is no excuse for
dragging your feet on the cashouts. They claim two business days but
at the end of the the third I emailed them and got my money on the
4th. Given the competition amoung the online rooms they would be smart
to improve on this.

I have been playing on UB for money since last Sept when the people on
the site was under 1000 but now its over 4000. UB has really exploded
since their WPT event. That could be the reason they are slow becasue
they are overwelmed with people.

Problems with UB Cashout!! I've been waiting a month and a half for $100.
They first sent it to the wrong account and now won't even acknowledge their
mistake. I'm desperately trying to get a response from anyone at UB
regarding this. I've even sent enquiries to their parent company. I'm
hoping for the best from UB because I really like the site, but this is just
bad business.
