Was reading Positively Fifth Street, about page 170, when Annie Duke
checks some players cards who mucked uncalled in a satellite. Dealer just
verbally warned her.

Later it said she should have been warned by a floor person and/or
removed from the table. This usually happen to slightly high profile
players? Anyone else have other examples/anecdotes or any information on
what normally happens in this situation?

I'm unclear if it was the winning hand that was checked, or a hand
somebody folded to the winner. Either way, I think a time penalty of
some sort should be enforced, plus changing setups and having the
other deck counted down. Muckers sometimes need to mess around with
the muck sometimes to get rid of spare cards ... not that I'm accusing
somebody of cheating.
