Default The World's Greatest Heads Up Player

Just got the latest issue of All In. On the cover, they proclaim Chris
Ferguson "The World's Best Heads-Up Player".

I think maybe Ted Forrest might have a claim to that title.

I saw a magazine article to the effect that Phil Ivey wins
the prize, for his performance against Andy Beal.
